Hotel Gala - Puebla

Location near Zocalo.

In overall, the place is UNIQUE, has obliging and nice staff at the reception desk. It's fairly clean with a very central location close to the cathedral. When I am in Puebla, I like staying here.

The room was brand-new and cosy with an astonishing view of Cathedral. Its location in Puebla was exceptionally nice, short walk to Mexico, and extra transport. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main square and several attractions, which made exploring the city easy. The building itself is charming and has a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing. The noise levels were quite high. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The breakfast could use some improvement, as it was quite light and left me wanting more. While there were some issues, the great location and hospitality made my stay enjoyable.

Just a solid selection for a trip in Puebla with good price-value balance. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which helped us sleep well. Make sure to ask about room options if you prefer natural light.

The room was comfy and nicely appointed, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge with its fine views. There were plenty of cozy spots to relax, including a sun terrace and a lovely garden area. The only downside was the mattress could've been a bit better, but overall, I was really pleased with my stay 😊

Great location but warm nights!

Nice, spacious room with a comfy bed. Just wish there was AC, summer heat made it tough to sleep. Breakfast on the rooftop was a plus, even though it was just small fruit slices and juice. The super nice team with parking the car too!

The elegant colonial architecture of Gala charmed me. The rooftop terrace provided amazing views and was easily accessible. It reminded me of stepping back in time while enjoying the modern comforts of a well-kept hotel.

Location is super convenient, right in the heart of Puebla. The quadruple room was spacious enough for our family of four. We had essentials like body soap, towels, and a tv. The staff was friendly and super helpful. There were various tour options available. Really a comfy stay overall.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast was very disappointing, offering only a few slices of fruit and some bread. The room was clean and spacious, but the noise from outside made it hard to sleep well at night.
